I'm Megan! 

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and I'm here to help you ditch diets... FOR GOOD! When it comes to nutrition, I’m a firm believer in three things: living a balanced lifestyle, our relationship with food and our body is just as important as what we put into our body, and that nutrition doesn’t need to be confusing or complicated.

In the diet culture we are living in, it is so easy to get lost in the specifics of food; how much to eat, what to eat, when to eat, the list goes on. Trust me I know it gets confusing!

Which is why I am here to help you un-complicate nutrition and get back to the basics of nourishing your body in a way that feels good for you individually and allows you to live your life to the fullest, not controlled by diets. 

One of my favorite things is to see my clients have that lightbulb moment when they realize that it isn't them that is the failure, it is the diets that have been failing them time after time.

My passion for nutrition/fitness started in high school as an unhealthy approach to lose weight and be accepted. In my mind, the more I learned about nutrition the better, but I didn't realize how negatively it was affecting my life as a whole. Impacting my social life, moods, and my beliefs about what was "healthy", wasn't healthy at all.


Like many of us out there, I fell into the trap of diet culture and got lost in trying all the fad diets, felt guilty for eating too many carbs, and being so hyper-focused on food that I wasn't able to enjoy my life to the fullest.

Once I started to study nutrition in college, I knew that this wasn't the way I wanted to live my life. Ditching the diet mentality through learning the personal effects of mindfulness and intuitive eating have led me to where I am today.
