I've been in your shoes. I've felt guilty for eating the cookie and felt the need to work it off at the gym. I've counted calories and tracked my macros. Long story short, I've learned that these approaches to healthy living are not sustainable. Learning the steps it takes to break free from these thoughts has changed my life and I am here to help you do the same. 

I know that the thought of forgoing dieting for good is not easy peasy. We live in a crazy, messed up diet culture, where we females are taught what is wrong with our bodies and what we need to be eating and doing in the gym to "fix" them.
